Hi I’m Kristian Barrass, an experienced and creative lighting TV cameraman. I’m situated on the outskirts of Hull in East Yorkshire but offer location filming services across the North / Midlands and whole UK.

Because of our wide experience of working on sport and our close proximity to Hull, we are ideally placed to cover any Hull City Football Club assignments now they have reached the Barclays Premiership for the first time.

With 12 years of broadcast TV experience, I’ve worked on a wide variety of network programmes including lifestyle, observational, light-entertainment, current affairs, news and sport for all of the main broadcasters and numerous leading independent production companies.

I specialise in location filming and am equally happy to work as a single-man operator or with a sound recordist. I’m accustomed to working to tight deadlines, often in difficult situations whilst maintaining a creative, sensitive and professional approach.

Myself and Barrass TV Crews are fully insured and have completed relevant health and safety courses.

I am also a full member of the Guild of Television Cameramen
